Shipping
We send all shipments as DHL packages. As a basic principle the German Parcel Service requires a signature when the merchandise is delivered. It is therefore necessary that the package is able to be accepted by someone. Should the first delivery attempt fail, a second attempt will be made on the next weekday. If this attempt also fails, the shipment is returned to the sender. In the case of another attempt to deliver, the Karl Kruse GmbH & Co KG again charges the shipping flat rate if applicable
The delivery time is one or two days for stocked products. There is no delivery on sundays and public holidays. Should a product be not deliverable in time it is indicated on the product page.
Delivery times are indicated for each product in the shop. It can occur that these delivery times do not apply or rather change if e.g. between your order and your payment another customer orders and pays for a larger quantity or remaining stock or if suppliers revise their delivery times. If it can be anticipated that the indicated availability cannot be maintained, we will inform you about this via email or phone.
For insurance and packing on each delivery we determine 1,99 EUR.
Unavailable items
Orders which contain items which are not or only limitedly available are usually withheld until all items are available. On request partial deliveries are also possible. For this purpose, if necessary, additional shipping costs can accrue, if the non-availability was already indicated before ordering. In the case of unforeseeable delays in delivery, we bear the costs for one or more partial deliveries.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs apply as a flat rate for the respective country of delivery. Weight, size or number of packages per order is relevant for the calculation of the shipping costs.
Germany: 4,95 € (incl. VAT)
Cash on delivery*: 10,89 € (incl. VAT)
Europe: 14,95 € (incl. VAT)
America/Asien: 49,- US Dollar
*Please note , that DHL adds 2 Euro cash on delivery charge to each shipment.
The freight charges are depending on your final destination (country), weight and volume of the parcel.
We will include the freight charges after receiving of your purchase order and when we have packed the parcel ready, we will add the freight charges to your proforma invoice.
Payment Options
We have the following payment options.
We pay attention to the greatest possible security and privacy.
If paying by cash, you pay for your goods directly at the delivery.
For this we add a COD fee of 4.00 €, which add to the invoice. We also add a delivery fee of 2 € is to be paid upon delivery directly to our shipping partner. Overall, the delivery cost is so over 6.00 €.
Payment on delivery is available only to customers from Germany.
Payment by cash in advance
Pay conveniently by cash in advance and save yourself the C.O.D delivery fee. Your order will be processed by us as soon as your payment is credited to our account. The delivery times apply from receipt of money on our account.
For remittances from outside germany the purchaser must pay all costs for the transfer, including the fees incurred for the transfer.

We offer our corporate clients (subject to a positive credit check) payment by invoice. Immediately after ordering we will ship the products.
